I was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997 and have practiced Family Law for over 25 years. At my previous practice where I was a Director and Head of the Family Department I oversaw significant growth during my period of 21 years of employment with them. I joined Setfords Solicitors as a Family Law Consultant in November 2021.
I offer advice to all family clients and have particular expertise in financial and children issues as well as divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, pre and post-nuptial deeds and injunctive relief. I am experienced in all aspects of family law. I am a fluent Punjabi speaker and also a Member of Resolution and accredited by The Law Society Family Panel since 1999.
Wherever possible, I encourage clients to adopt a non-confrontational approach in matters concerning divorce, children and finances with the aim of alleviating additional stress at a difficult time and also preserving legal costs.
